We are keeping a close eye on the "Heartbleed" bug you may have heard about. The vendor we use for Online Banking has completed a preliminary assessment and has not discovered any vulnerability. We will be sure to keep you updated should anything to the contrary be discovered. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to help ensure that your information is safe.

It is always a good practice to use unique passwords for all of the online services you access. If your GCF Online Banking password has also been used with a different service, we do recommend that you change your Online Banking password at this time.

If you currently utilize GCF’s online banking EXPRESS TRANSFER function to make your loan payments, this service will be temporarily unavailable from April 25, 2014 through June 9, 2014. As an alternative to this temporary inconvenience, you can do one of the following:

  • Contact 1-877-589-6600 ext. 320 or 368 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to manually complete the transaction.
  • Mail a check to Investors Bank, 101 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, NJ 08830.
  • Sign up for GCF’s online bill payment system and set up a monthly payment to be sent to Investors Bank.

With a one-time easy account set up, you can pay all of your bills online conveniently from wherever you have internet access from one central Web site. No longer will you need to remember different login names and passwords to pay from several different vendor sites.

Schedule monthly payments as recurring transactions and be assured your bills will be paid each and every month. Save time and postage. Traditional payments can get lost or misdirected in the mail. There's no way to prove when you mailed your check. With GCF WebPay, tracking information is available at the click of a mouse through CheckFree, our partners in this venture. Receive your bills online

Tired of the huge mail pile mail cluttering the kitchen table? Receive your bills electronically and only print out copies of those you need. You can make a payment directly from your e-bill and maintain an electronic record.

Registering for WebPay

Registration is quick and simple. When viewing our checking account, simply click the "Bill Payment" heading within GCF Online Banker and you'll be guided through the 4-step process.

All you need is to have your checkbook, driver's license and social security number handy. Then just follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.

You'll be asked to provide general information such as your name, address and account particulars.

When entering your account number, be sure to use the full 10 digits. Enter the number as it appears on your statement, adding 0s (zero) in front for a 10 digit entry.

After providing the necessary information, you'll be asked a few short questions about your recent credit history to verify your identity. Once CheckFree, our partners in this venture, confirm your identity, you can begin to setup your payees. Your payments will be limited to $400 until they can verify your account. There is no limit after confirmation for bill payment.

You'll get an e-mail with confirmation instructions almost immediately. Within 2-3 days, they will make two small deposits into the account you registered and withdraw an equal amount. You can find those amounts by logging on to GCF Online Banker, select the proper account and choose Transactions, Current Statement. The deposits will appear with ACCTCONFRM in the transaction description. Follow the instructions detailed in your e-mail, sit back and relax knowing your bills are being paid on time, safe and secure.
